****   The Bhutanese fun experience includes authentic dishes, music, tales and traditional dress from the tiny Himalayan kingdom. The meal comprises of a variety of oriental spices and is prepared 1 to 2 days in advance of serving in order to marinate and enhance the flavour. At least 48 hours notice is therefore requested.
