Coming northwards state highway 1 - on entering Whangarei suburbs, turn right at the first turning (Tarewa Road),after the Information Centre (on left) - signposted, CITY CENTRE,  Whangarei Heads, TOWN BASIN.

Continue through the town following the signs for 'Whangarei Heads' (Whangarei Hds) 'Onerahi' and 'Airport'.  The signs will direct you across the bridge over the Hatea river, to the suburb of Onerahi. 

 There, you will pass a New World supermarket on your right.  Continue on for 200 metres and take the second left, (at the Hammer Hardware store), down 'Whangarei Heads road', and signposted 'Whangarei Heads'. 

After 11 kms along this lovely scenic road, you will reach Parua Bay Tavern on your right. Continue on, for approximately 0.5km, and you will come to Owhiwa Rd (on your left).  Turn left, down this road and exactly 5.1 kms on you will arrive at Eden Naturally on your right, (just 50 metres past Franklin Road).
